Garden & Gun Club
The Garden & Gun Club is a refined Southern restaurant and cocktail lounge located at The Battery Atlanta, directly across from Truist Park. Inspired by the Southern lifestyle magazine Garden & Gun, the club offers an elevated dining and drinking experience that celebrates the region’s culinary traditions and hospitality. Try the Old Fashioned, made with Blade & Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Angostura bitters, brown sugar, and lemon.

Eleanor’s
Eleanor’s offers a speakeasy ambiance accessed through a concealed entrance resembling a walk-in cooler at Muss + Turner’s (you can ask for directions!). The bar presents a rotating selection of craft cocktails, often featuring seasonal ingredients, and is complemented by a full menu from the kitchen. Try any of the bourbon cocktails and enjoy the moody ambiance.

Hamp and Harry’s
Hamp & Harry’s combines a vibrant, approachable setting with artfully inspired cocktails and creative small plates. Their beverage program features an inventive array of hand-crafted cocktails, complemented by a well-chosen wine list and a selection of craft beers. Try the Cafe Maxim, a spin on the espresso martini, or the Starry Night, pictured above with a printed layer of the famous artwork.

Marietta Proper
Marietta Proper provides a stylish wine bar and café experience, reminiscent of the Great Gatsby era. Guests can enjoy carefully curated wine and small plate pairings in an alluring atmosphere. The cocktail menu has a little bit of everything, but the Mi Corazon is a favorite, made with Empress Elderflower Gin, house made lavender honey, lemon, and rose petals. It was even a James Beard Award semifinalist for Best New Bar.

Sessions Stand
While originally a coffee shop and bakery, Sessions Stand moved to a larger location in 2023 with an expanded cocktail menu. Try the Rose and Cardamom Espresso Martini or the Sessions Spritz. There are also several non-alcoholic and mocktail options and a rotating “cocktail of the month.” It closes at 9 pm on weekends so it’s best to stop by for an early drink.

Silla de Toro
Silla Del Toro is a vibrant Spanish tapas bar with additional locations in Roswell and Toco Hills with over 40 Spanish wines and a variety of craft cocktails. While the cocktails are excellent, it’s the “build your own gin and tonics” that earns it a space on our list. Choose your gin of choice, tonic style, and garnishes. Grab a drink and patatas bravas for the full experience.

The Third Door
The Third Door features Prohibition-era decor with velvet curtains, antique furnishings, and a polished wood bar in a former garage. Their cocktail menu includes both classic and inventive drinks, such as the “Long Goodbye,” made with rye, lemon, pear, magnolia, and Angostura bitters. They also offer a secret cocktail menu and host live music on weekends, enhancing the overall experience.
